Hebrews 11:1 - Day 1

Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.

From this verse we can see that there are four elements working together to produce real faith: confidence, hope, assurance and things we cannot see. Each of these elements is necessary to have an effective faith.

Write down your own or look up the definition of each of these elements, specifically how it relates to faith. As you do this, ponder how each element should be a part of your expression of believing and trusting God.
